First-mover tech solution puts the pedal to the metal
Companies like Cavnue create the future. But their success depends on getting others to buy into their vision.
To help Cavnue gain mainstream acceptance of their smart highway technology, we worked with them to shape a go-to-market strategy for winning over state governments (and their citizens).

A platform idea points the way
“Predict to protect,” our platform promise, perfectly distilled Cavnue’s aim: total roadway awareness so Departments of Transportation can improve safety. In addition, a new message architecture helped Cavnue tell a complete story of their vision for an autonomous driving future.
A brand for the long haul
As a startup, Cavnue was seeking a branding roadmap. Step one was a cohesive brand architecture, including an aspirational brand archetype to serve as a north star for the company. On a product level, a vast naming exploratory helped bring future rollouts into focus.
New account-based marketing tools
Simplicity matters, whether you’re creating a pitch deck for DOTs or a video supporting the governor’s promotion of smart roadways in Michigan. Our video persuaded the public by balancing the lofty and concrete, and gave Cavnue a compelling proof point for further expansion.
