GE Capital offers more than financing. Through the Access GE program and portal, the company shares GE best practices to help their clients grow. They turned to us to drive more traffic online.

Energizing the sales force was the key.

After auditing all activation efforts for the site, we implemented the following:

  • A 10-week “Power of 10” email campaign – marking the program’s 10th year – that rallied the salespeople with educational “power tips” and giveaways based on sales participation
  • A sales training presentation with “conversation starters” and program benefits
  • A parallel customer campaign that solicited referrals from current users

Use of the Access GE portal skyrocketed.

The campaign inspired sales to use Access GE like never before to engage customers. In fact, monthly logins by the sales force increased 235% over the previous quarter.
