After purchasing ACS to tap new opportunities like BPO, Xerox needed to bring numerous websites and collateral pieces into the Xerox brand in look, voice and messaging hierarchy. By yesterday, if possible.

Managing a massive brand integration.

We quickly swung into action on the project, auditing hundreds of websites from ACS LOBs and interviewing key owners of content. Work included:

  • Revamping the IA and all pages of the corporate website (adding 110 new pages)
  • Creating 12 LOB microsites
  • Updating over 1,000 pages of collateral
  • Developing templates and documentation for a content management system

To get it all done, we managed technology teams from Atlanta all the way to Bangalore. As they say, all in a day’s work.
